Went to Tampines JC todae for the ice-cream making workshop...
Took 1 hr bus.
Bid gdbye to Mr tan halfway through phy lesson with joke on my army green socks and his army green shirt...
Workshop started at 12 so we r thr to explore...thr r oso sec 3 going.
Went around sniffing for food smell.
Brought corn chips with cheese
and oso apple lattice (pic below) cox it remind me of chem, giant lattice structure...
At 1st was taking Jingyun's side view but she suddenly turn and stare at it den the pic become like tat liao...

made 2x but still turn out like tat
ingredient:cream
vanilla essence
milk (i stole some drink...gd for strong teeth&bone but isDutch brand,taste yuckky)
sugar (1st time follow instruction put 1tsp...bitter.2nd time pour 5tsp...nicer)
Liquid nitrogen ("steam" is coming out...)
